All prices for products and shipping are in US dollars. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Please

Fabric Specifications: All fabric is 42 to 45 inches
wide and 100% cotton unless stated otherwise in the fabric description.
Shipping to MINNESOTA ONLY: You have an option to pick your order
up at our store for free! Otherwise, if you cannot pick up your order,
make sure to choose the MN shipping option to get a break in shipping prices.
This is done because MN customers have to pay sales tax, and it's a way for us
to help them keep their costs down.
Shipping To USA States, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, US Territories,
and APO/FPO: Most orders are packaged and shipped within one to three business days. Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail for USA addresses. The postage rates for both domestic and international packages are going up May 12, 2008. Rates will now be dependent on weight, size of package, and zone shipped to for domestic mailings. We will do our best to keep postage down by utilizing flat rate boxes, especially for our customers in HI and AK. Shipping To Canada: Shipping is generally done via standard air mail using global priority envelopes. The postage rates for both domestic and international packages are going up May 12, 2008. All Canada orders over $100 will automatically be insured. Shipping To Other Counties: Primarily we use USPS Global Priority Mail. Global Express is used for certain countries, such as Saudi Arabia. We also use Global Express in order to send orders insured. Estimated Shipping Charges:
The table below shows the shipping rates that will be applied when you enter
your order - these are estimates based on shipping from zip code 55441 to east
and west coast USA addresses. Please note that these estimates are also
based upon the regular price of material. If you are purchasing large
quantities of sale pieces, the shipping charges will most likely be incorrect on
your subtotal. Shipping charges are based on weight and zone, so we
attempt to come up with a reasonable estimate to help our customers gauge the
final amount more accurately. Miscellaneous: If you feel that our shipping costs are high, I would like to state that we are not trying to make a profit on shipping. We are simply trying to cover our shipping costs from plastic bags to shipping labels to the time it takes to package orders. Thank you for understanding! Oftentimes we do reduce the price when we ship and charge your card.
Return Policy: All of us at myBlueBamboo.com are committed to your satisfaction. We will be happy to replace or refund any defective or incorrect item. However, you must return them in the same state in which you received them. We cannot accept: washed fabrics, cigarette odors, other odors, etc. Returns must also be received within 20 days of the shipping date of your order. Patterns, books, and magazines are not returnable because of copyright issues. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which covers our cost in having to check over the items and sometimes get them restored to the website. All sales from our clearance categories, end of bolts, and One of a Kind kits and items are final with NO returns accepted on these items. If you have an incorrect or defective item.... Then please notify us. We will be happy to issue a refund or replacement item once we verify the item back at our store.
